Dining Room Seafield House Fort William

We use Scottish produce where we can. All our meat products are Scottish. Bacon is dry cured by our local supplier Letterfinlay. They also provide us with sausages in natural skins. Our black puddings are made by Charles MacLeod family butchers on the Isle of Lewis (the famous Stornoway marag dubh). Letterfinlay also supply us with smoked salmon which is sourced in the fresh waters of Wester Ross or Shetland and is smoked in their own smokehouse here in Lochaber.
